How to Use:
For Testing a Trailer/Caravan:

Connect the trailer's 7-pin plug to the tester.
-
Press the yellow button on the tester.
-
If all LEDs light up, the wiring is normal.
-
If any LEDs do not light, the line connection is incorrect.
For Testing a Car's Socket:
-
Connect the tester to the car's 7-pin socket.
-
Press the yellow button on the tester.
-
Test each function individually (make sure the yellow button is pressed):
-
Turn on the left turn signal – the Yellow LED (PIN 1) should light.

Turn on the right turn signal – the Green LED (PIN 4) should light.
-
Repeat for other functions (fog light, stop lamp, tail lights, etc.).

If the corresponding LED does not light, the line connection is wrong or broken.
LED Pinout Guide (When all LEDs are on):

PIN 1 - Yellow LED: Left/Hand Direction Indicator

PIN 2 - Blue LED: Rear Fog Lamps

PIN 3 - White Wire: Earth Return (Ground)

PIN 4 - Green LED: Right/H Direction Indicator

PIN 5 - Brown LED: Right/H Tail & Number Plate Lamp

PIN 6 - Red LED: Stop Lamp

PIN 7 - Black LED: Left/H Tail & Number Plate Lamp
Troubleshooting Guide (ensure the yellow button is pressed):

Some LEDs are not lit: The corresponding wire is damaged, the bulb is broken, or there is a bad connection.

All LEDs are not lit: The ground wire (PIN 3) is damaged, there is no power, or all bulbs are broken.
-
One or more lights are weak or flashing: The corresponding wire is damaged or the plug has a bad connection/foreign objects.

All LED lights are weak or flashing: The ground wire (PIN 3) is damaged. Please check the power supply.
-
Trailer light doesn't work, but tester LED is on: The trailer wiring is short-circuited, which may have blown a fuse.
